With a Bachelor of Kinesiology from UBC and over a decade of coaching experience, Brianne brings a passion for movement, performance, and community to her role as Studio Lead at Innovative Fitness. She’s spent more than five years helping members thrive through personalized training and group sessions, while also coaching competitive sports teams like track & field, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee. What drives her most is seeing members push boundaries and reach their goals—whether it’s a new personal best in the gym or finding the confidence to take on challenges outside of it. Outside the studio, Brianne competes in ultimate frisbee across North America and has proudly represented Canada at multiple world championships.
Since I started, I feel so much less stressed and way more energetic—like I can actually take on my day instead of just getting through it.
