Scott Hayden is a passionate fitness professional with a degree in Sports Management and certifications from CanFitPro and Precision Nutrition. While academically trained, Scott has gained the majority of his expertise through real-world, hands-on experience. Since beginning his career at Innovative Fitness within the Ritz-Carlton in 2019, he has grown from an entry-level personal trainer into the studio’s manager and partner. His progression is a testament to his work ethic, love of customer service, and ability to build lasting client relationships.
