How do I book a session?

You can book a session online here or by contacting your local studio.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase training session gift cards for friends or family at your local studio.
