Since joining the Innovative Fitness family in 2012—first as a coach and, since 2018, as the proud owner of the North Vancouver studio—he has dedicated over a decade to helping clients and mentoring coaches on their fitness and professional journeys. With a kinesiology degree from UBC and certifications in strength, conditioning, and functional movement, he brings both expertise and heart to everything he does. Inspired by IF’s culture of adventure, community, and personal growth, he chose to open a franchise to turn his passion for movement into a career. Having grown up in six countries—Canada, Japan, Costa Rica, Brazil, Tanzania, and the U.S.—he’s always embraced the world through movement and now leads a team that helps others do the same. What he values most is the way IF blends professional excellence with a powerful sense of togetherness, helping every client push boundaries and reimagine what’s possible. Outside the studio, he’s usually chasing his two young daughters, mountain biking on the North Shore, or trail running with his golden retriever Frankie, a regular at IF North Van.
