With over 15 years in the fitness industry, Kalena Morton brings a passion for coaching, connection, and personal growth to her role as Studio Manager at Innovative Fitness White Rock. A Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist, she helps clients uncover the “why” behind their goals, push past limits, and reach their full potential. Her fitness journey began as a professional dancer and BC Lions cheerleader, where the discipline and energy of performance sparked her love for movement. She even cheered the team to a Grey Cup win in 2006 and performed with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. Kalena thrives on the strong coach-client connections at IF that drive real, lasting change.
