Yoshia Burton is a seasoned leader in health, fitness, and performance with over 22 years of experience helping individuals and teams achieve their goals—physically, mentally, and sustainably. A Registered Kinesiologist (BCAK) and Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), he blends movement science with mental training to support whole-person performance.
