Our 90-Day Proven Process

    We listen to you

    We start by getting to know you. We’ll talk through your fitness history – the good, the bad and the ugly. We look at your current lifestyle and scheduling needs. We get a sense for what makes you tick. But most importantly, we want to fully understand why you feel motivated to change and what you want to achieve.

    We listen to your body

    Next, we build a physical profile by conducting a Functional Movement Screen. This one-hour session helps us understand the unique needs of your body and determine how training can bring you the most benefit. That’s followed up by another one-hour Physical Profile session, which gives us some baseline scores by which we can measure future results.

    We create your plan

    You’re then matched-up with the personal trainer who best fits your needs, aspirations and preferred learning style. They’ll take the knowledge gained from your Functional Movement Screen and Physical Profile to create a customized wellness program for you, and you alone. This will come to life in one-hour training sessions on a schedule that fits into yours.

    We measure & optimize

    Your personalized training sessions will always feature a mix of exercises designed to ensure you never get bored or tired of routine. Plus, once per quarter we’ll conduct a NEW Physical Profile to see how far you’ve progressed. We’ll take those results, compare them against your goals, and make any necessary adjustments to your training regimen to ensure you stay motivated and on track to success.
