A Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist and lifelong coach, Kalena is committed to helping individuals understand the “why” behind their goals, push past perceived limits, and unlock their full potential—both inside and outside the gym. She’s dedicated to creating an environment where both members and coaches thrive—built on accountability, purpose, and progress.
