We're excited to announce the opening of the latest club in the Innovative Fitness family - IF Walnut Grove!IF Walnut Grove is located at 111-9525 201 Street in Langley, BC. The south-west corner of 96th Avenue and 201st Street is one minute from the Golden Ears Bridge and five minutes from the 200th Street exit from Highway 1, making the location very accessible whether you’re coming home from your work commute on Highway 1 or live just over the bridge in the Maple Ridge area.

The club is 3,500 square feet, in a welcoming new building. Our coaches are excited about the state of the art sound system, matte black equipment, and pneumatic air resistance cable pulleys. Best of all, the club is across the street from the Langley Greenway - meaning we'll be spending the spring and summer months training in the park!

Our members who are outdoors enthusiasts will be happy to know that we're also happy to take our training out to Derby Reach and the Houston Trail for riverside training, or head out for hikes within the Golden Ears Regional Park! The Walnut Grove region has a wide variety of activities that are perfect for taking your training outside of the club.

IF Walnut Grove’s ownership trio consists of renowned sport psychologist, Roger Friesen, currently working with Cycling Canada and as a professor at the University of the Fraser Valley; Yoshia Burton, principal of Innovative Fitness Abbotsford and part of the IF family for over seven years; and Adam Sippel, former professional training coach with Innovative Fitness Abbotsford and five years spent with the IF family.We can't wait to see you at IF Walnut Grove!
