I have worked out at this studio for over 8 years with a number of personal trainers though Bri and I have been working together pretty consistently three times a week in the early morning since the fall of 2019. It's been nearly 2 years since I started working out at this studio. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained. The staff here are friendly and helpful. For the past year, I've had a great experience working out here with my trainer Adam Gravala. He is a professional and knowledgeable trainer who tailors program to client and pushes my limit.
