Our exclusive, client-only facilities ensure you maximize every 60-minute personal training session. Your time is valuable and we don’t take that for granted. From start to finish, every minute you spend with our coaches is purposefully designed and personalized to your needs.

Our professional training coaches are all fully certified, with many carrying advanced degrees and qualifications in Kinesiology, Functional Movement, Nutritional and Behavioral Sciences, Sport Specific Programming, and Movement Therapy. They are quite simply, best in class.

A CUSTOMIZED PLAN FOR YOU.

HERE'S HOW WE DO IT.

STEP 1 – WE LISTEN TO YOU

We start by getting to know you. We’ll talk through your fitness history – the good, the bad and the ugly. We look at your current lifestyle and schedule. We get a sense for what makes you tick. But most importantly, we want to fully understand why you feel motivated to change and what you want to achieve.

STEP 2 – WE LISTEN TO YOUR BODY

Next, we build a physical profile by conducting a Functional Movement Screen. This one-hour session helps us understand the unique needs of your body and determine how training can bring you the most benefit. That’s followed up by another one-hour Physical Profile session, which gives us some baseline scores by which we can measure future results.

STEP 3 – WE CREATE YOUR PLAN

You’re then matched up with the personal training coach that best matches your needs, personality and aspirations. They’ll take the knowledge gained from your Functional Movement Screen and Physical Profile to create a customized training program for you, and you alone. This will come to life in one-hour training sessions on a schedule that fits into yours – you can train once a week, everyday, or anywhere in between.

STEP 4 – WE MEASURE & OPTIMIZE

Your training sessions will always feature a mix of exercises designed to ensure you never get bored or tired of the routine. Plus once per quarter we’ll conduct a new Physical Profile to see how far you’ve progressed. We’ll take those results, compare them against your goals, and make any necessary adjustments to your training regimen to ensure you stay motivated and on track to success.
