When I first went into IF about a year ago I was super skeptical, it seemed online to me they were just a gym for people who needed rehabilitation. Which I did, I had ankle injuries and hip immobilities. Not only did they help me fix that, but they allowed me to achieve my dreams going into fitness into higher heights that I ever believed I was capable of. Thank you to James, Hogan, and Jack for being such amazing trainers/ people. I am currently an athlete and believe the service they give is truly irreplaceable. You can't replace the knowledge they have about movement and how to move better. They aren't focused on getting your numbers higher, but making you move the best way that you can. I love this place! Innovative Fitness has been a game changer in my recovery from a car accident that happened over a year ago! Staff is awesome and I walk out, after an hour long session, feeling amazing. Earlier this week I was brought to tears- but in a good, grateful way. My forearm, which had been feeling painful for more than a year, felt amazing after a brief assessment and some very simple movements!! I can’t say enough great things about Innovative Fitness! The space itself has all of the high-end amenities you want, and every person you encounter is welcoming and approachable. The trainers are so knowledgeable and supportive, and I love that I can work within a program that has been uniquely designed for my specific fitness goals and needs. I used to stress about planning my own workouts at the gym and struggled with consistency and motivation, but now that the guesswork is gone and I’m accountable to showing up to my pre-booked sessions, I’m seeing results and growth that I was never able to achieve on my own.
