North Vancouver Boot Camp!
We are the new kids on the block and we want you to like us! At Innovative Fitness we believe in the power of a healthy community. This is why we dedicate ourselves not only to YOU but to everyone in your corner.
For this reason, we are starting up a FREE weekly boot camp class for you and all your friends!
What is a Boot Camp?
It is an outdoor, intensive, group training session designed to accommodate all ability levels. It is predominantly a cardio and full body resistance workout using your body weight. The sessions are 1 hour, and will challenge multiple heart-rate ranges.
Everyone is invited! We will accommodate as many people as possible, ages 11 and up!
These will be full-body, hardcore, outdoor boot camp workouts. We will be using little more than your own bodyweight to get a great sweat!
You will get to know your neighbours through partner exercises as well as team challenges to keep it light and fun!
10:00am EVERY Sunday morning!
We will run free classes until we officially open the doors of IF North Van in October 2017!
What to bring?
- yoga mat
- water bottle
- anyone you want to sweat with!
Classes will be held across the street in the grassy area around the Spirit Trail. Visitor parking is available at IF North Van.
We want to get to know YOU! North Vancouver is such an incredible community full of lively, awesome people.
Plus, we are new and want to make friends.
