It’s the start of a new year and everyone is making their New Year’s resolutions. More specifically, everyone is making resolutions to lose weight, gain muscle, and eat healthier. At Innovative Fitness, we encourage you to expand your goals and think bigger.
Over the years, IF members have had the opportunity to travel all across the world and participate in adventures such as hiking Machu Picchu, surfing in Tofino, and heli-skiing in Whistler. In 2018, we don’t plan on slowing down. Two of our most exciting destinations so far include the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon in Madrid and a multi-day trek in stunning Iceland.
However, don’t feel like your destination has to be somewhere on the other side of the world, it can be right in your backyard! Maybe you’re from the BC coast and you’ve always wanted to climb the Chief or hike the West Coast Trail. Or maybe you’re from Ontario and you’ve been putting off going on that kayaking trip along the Great Lakes. At IF, we maximize your potential and build your self-confidence.
